Might I suggest Jade Liqueurs Nouvelle-Orléans? Simple delicious and considering I have a man with a funny mustache drinking absinthe tattooed on my arm, I think I know my tujone booze.
I did this on my own blog, it was so fun! Give sweetbreads a shot sometime - you might be surprised.
